Herbs such as red clover

Interested in fenugreek clover or fennel herbs with phytoestroens. I think that should be red clover, although it's actually purple in colour rather than red. It has always surprised me that fenugreek and fennel are best known as spices, as their reputation as bearers of phytoestrogens should surely carry all before it. Red clover is best known for it's folklore, it's exact supposed use depending on how many leaves the clover has.
